Our Committees

The Development Committee works to keep the Center financially strong by securing grants, building relationships with donors, as well as finding and creating fundraising opportunities. They make sure financial efforts align with the Center’s mission and long-term goals.

The Facilities Committee looks after the Center’s buildings and grounds, making sure everything is safe, functional, and up to date. They help plan improvements and recommend changes to the Board based on their assessments of the Center’s physical space.

The Finance Committee keeps the Center’s finances in good shape by managing budgets, financial planning, and ensuring responsible spending. They help secure the resources needed to support the Center’s work and provide financial advice to the Board.

The Governance Committee helps the Center’s leadership run smoothly by overseeing the Board’s effectiveness, evaluating staff, and reviewing programs. They also play a key role in identifying new Board members and ensuring the leadership team stays aligned with the Center’s mission.
